Mechanical Industrial Sweepers

The days of taking hours to clean large areas by sweeping with a broom are finally over with the invention of mechanised industrial sweepers. There are a wide range of different types of sweepers all designed to meet the requirements of dirt removal in specific applications.

This clever piece of machinery not only sweeps and sucks loose dirt away but then follows with a good cleaning of the floor surface with a number of rotating brushes and the addition of some water and detergent. These sweeper/scrubbers can come with an added drying feature that allows air to blown onto the floor which is conducive to a faster drying time making floor surface less slippery and hazardous.

The sweeper scrubber will sweep dust dirt and debris out of the way rather than sucking it up as is the case with the vacuum scrubber unit. The scrubber sweeper is more robust meaning that it can handle the rigours of an outdoor terrain much better than the other types of scrubbing units available on the market.
